No Show Fee

Starting November 1, 2025, Air Inuit will introduce a new “no-show” fee. This fee will be charged to passengers with certain types of tickets who fail to show up for their flight without a 2 hour minimum prior notice and who later want to modify the date of their travel or request a refund. By encouraging passengers to cancel their reservations, Air Inuit hopes to offer a more realistic availability and reduce the number of passengers on waitlists.

This regulation will apply to Ilaujuq, Nunavik $500, PAAR, and any special promotion (Q Class) fares. The penalty will be of $97.73(QC) / $89.25(NU).

Please remember that this fee is completely avoidable by making sure you inform us at least 2 hours before the flight departs that you will not be present!

In addition, all fares already subject to a Change or Cancellation Fee will see this fee adjusted to the same amount of $97.73(QC) / $89.25(NU).
